Flesh of the LivingA Film by Robert Elkins
What happens when everything goes very, very wrong? This film explores another idea behind a zombie pandemic.
American Eyesore Films brings a zombie outbreak that begins with a massive solar storm. Radiation levels hit the earth and the dead are reanimated. The dead go on a rampage in search of living flesh to devour. Using news reports and stories of survivors the events surrounding the plague unfold.
The film was directed, written and produced by Robert Elkins. Mr. Elkins has been involved with several indie horror films including "Backwoods", "Zombthology" and "Nightmare at Bunnyman Bridge."
Fans will remember the zombie in the original "Dawn of the Dead" that had his noggin knocked off by a helicopter. Veteran zombie film actor Jim Krut is featured in the film.
"Flesh of the Living" stars Lindley Flohr, Sara Bella, Yamanee Coleman Scott Preston, Keving Vincent, David Witt, Tony Jones and Tony Smith, Jerry Long, Jaylon Hunter.
The make up effects and other effects has been by Robert Elkins and Victor Ma Nash. There is no release date as of yet but there is a great trailer for the film.
